I find Algarve Express (based in Almancil) https://www.algarveexpress.com/
to be great value and I use them for all sorts, from tiny Amazon deliveries (if you have Prime it’s cheaper to ship to Algarve Express and collect than to pay for international shipping from Amazon) to large items of furniture. They do runs weekly, so you can even get your non perishable groceries shipped from Ocado for €12 per crate. They ship cars, boats, earrings, you name it and they are a lovely bunch of people.
